3 Choices For DVD Labeling

People who use computers today are often using them to put something on to a blank CD or DVD. They obviously need some way of labeling the CD or DVD in order to always know what is on the disk without having to insert it back into the computer to find out.

Here are three common methods used for DVD labeling:

  1. Write on the disk. This is the method that most people are still using today. Just get a marker and write the information on the disk. It’s not too professional but it does the trick.
  2. Print out CD labels. You can use a disc printer to create labels that you peel off and stick on to the CD or DVD.
  3. Print directly on to the disk. DVD labelers can also be used to print right on to the disk so that you can avoid the mess and hassle of peeling off labels and trying to stick them on properly.

There are actually other methods of labeling DVDs in addition to these choices. There are software programs that let you use the computer to put the label on the disk without using a separate machine. However, the three methods above are the most common methods that people are using today to label their CDs and DVDs.
