Warming Up in the Nor’easter Winters

There are not too many ways in which you can actually warm yourself up when the weather hits that certain point in the Northeast and you can barely feel your extremities. In fact, there is almost nothing at all you can do – besides staying inside year round and cranking up the heat to the point that it costs more than your rent (trust me, I’ve been there – oil heat is not a good thing right now).
This last summer though, I contacted some New Haven pool contractors and Hartford pool contractors to help me put in a simple ten by twelve foot pool in my backyard and a hot tube beside it, the ideal combination. The size was more or less set by my yard’s lack of any space, but that was something I more or less expected. Anyways, it has been the best investment of my lifetime (maybe an overstatement, but I’ll stick by it). If you live in the area, call some Connecticut pool contractors and get yourself a nice hot tub. Even in the coldest weather, it’s a gloriously calming act to slip into one after work and just let it all melt away.
