A lot of people are trying to figure out what to get their fathers for Fathers Day. People seem to always know what to get for Mom but then get stuck on gifts for Dad. What you should know if you’re feeling stuck like this is that a lot of mothers day gift ideas will work for dad as well.

Examples of things that you might get Mom that you could also get for Dad include:

• Flowers. Believe it or not, most dads appreciate getting flowers. That’s because it’s such a rare occurrence for them.
• Chocolate. Unless your dad is someone who doesn’t like chocolate, he’ll probably enjoy this gift. Get him a cigar or a good brandy to go with it.
• Gift baskets. There are some really great gift baskets out there that are designed for men. Tea and coffee gift baskets are a good choice for most fathers.
