I sit on a school board.  We have regular budget meetings and we’re always trying to control costs, which isn’t an easy thing to do these days.  It always seems like the board gets asked to do more every year with limited resources.  As it is, we’ve succeeded in cutting out a lot of waste and finding suppliers that provide us with more for our dollars.  Some years ago we recommended that our schools get more of their school supplies and classroom supplies from a discount school supply, for example.  The store offers regular discounts and specials; for example, this month they’re offering 10% off all online orders.  They also have regular clearance sales and even offer $25 back for every $350 worth of orders per quarter. That’s really proved to be a nice bonus for the school system. 

We’re very pleased when the teachers and the administrators tell us the store is serious about providing high quality merchandise to educators and students and has been great to work with, and.  Our people have been very satisfied with the merchandise and the service. Not all our suggestions go down that well, I’m afraid.  I count this one as a success story.
