Cookie Diet Isn’t Just Cookies

Have you heard of the Cookie Diet method of dieting? Most people who have heard of this diet program assume that it’s some silly fad weight loss program that doesn’t actually result in healthy long-term weight loss. That’s because they haven’t researched the program. All they really know about it is that it has something to do with cookies which obviously isn’t a healthy approach to eating well.
The truth is that the Cookie Diet isn’t really about eating cookies at all. It’s about eating a series of healthy products that are prescribed by the Cookie Doctor to give you a balanced diet that results in long-term weight loss. So what’s with the cookies? One of the core products in the diet is something called a cookie which is really more like an energy bar or a nutritional meal in the form of a cookie than it is like any other cookie you’ve ever had.
In addition to cookies, there are many other great products that are part of this diet program. You can eat soups and shakes and other types of foods with varying consistencies and flavors. In other words, the cookie diet is really a well-rounded diet that some people just don’t understand correctly because of its name.

Sounds like another plan like Nutrisystem or Weight Watchers to me. There are so many diet plans out there. A lot of it eventually boils down to making better choices for yourself.
