The main goal of a group that meets to get rich is to make money. There are two basic ways that groups work to do this. One is to literally learn to make money by figuring out new ways to generate a bigger income. This is important, but it’s not the only key to financial success. In order to increase profits, it is also necessary to decrease spending. Groups that are truly focused on getting rich will be sure to address money-saving techniques as well as ways of creating wealth.

Here are just a few ways that individuals can decrease their spending in order to increase the number of zeros at the end of their bank accounts:

• Get cheap broadband service. In fact, go inexpensive with all of your basic utilities. There’s no reason to spend extra money here so shop around for the best service at the lowest price in order to decrease monthly expenses.
• Always put ten percent of each paycheck in savings. This will prevent that money from being spent on unnecessary items.
• Eat at home, not at restaurants. Unless, of course, the food is on the company tab.
• Tip well but not excessively. Much of our money goes to tipping service providers like taxi drivers and wait staff. You should tip appropriately but don’t over-do it in an attempt to be showy. You’re just costing yourself money that you need.

Reduce your daily spending in small ways and you’ll soon find that you’ve got more money than you thought you had. That’s truly being rich!
