Hi everyone.  Well first and foremost I want to thank my wonderful wife for putting together such a spectacular birthday party! I’m not going to lie, I was a bit under the weather about turning 40, but knowing we can still party like we’re 25 was the way to do it!  I know many of you have outside kitchens that you love to meddle with so I thank you for not trying to take control of our gas grill islands and allowing the crew to do their jobs!  I know I’m the toughest person in the world to buy a gift for being an architect but you were all really thoughtful with the presents you surprised me with.

The full disc set of James Bond movies from Bill was terrific - I know how I’ll be spending my next free Saturday!  Also, the set of Hawaiian themed outdoor kitchen supplies from my brother and his wife was an excellent present because it gives us an excuse to throw another party and use them!  As for the group of you who pitched in together to buy me that season pass to the ski resort, I really can’t thank you enough! 

I hope you all had a blast and for anyone who didn’t get a piece of the birthday cake, there is a TON leftover in the freezer that we will never be able to finish so feel free to swing by and pick some up.  Thanks again for making my 40^th as pain-free and fun-filled as possible, we are lucky to have friends like you!  Until next time, Bryan.
