The day has finally arrived!  I may only be 14, but I’m old enough to know that my bedroom is made for a baby, and a baby I am not.  Don’t my parents realize how stupid and outdated my room looks?  Since when have I ever liked pink?  How did they ever think bunnies were cool?  If you saw the weird puffs of pink fabric serving as valances, you’d puke.  Seriously, my bedroom is just gross.  Take one look at the overpriced pages of PB Kids and you’ll see what I mean.  I’m not a candy pop kind of girl.  I’m cool and laid back, and my bedroom needs to reflect that.  My parents are letting me order custom bedding in this marine blue and sky blue combination for a totally chilled out effect.  Now I just need to talk them into custom pillows (and keep them away from the princess or tropical bedding) and I’ll be a happy girl.  It would be so much easier if they just admitted that I’m grown up already.  I mean, it’s obvious I already know more than they do about everything.  Seriously, when was the last time they even went to school?  Out of touch, party of two, please be seated.
