Need Goofy Props to Work On Stage

At Rock Canyon High School, we’re going to be hosting the Douglas County School District Improvisation Festival on Friday, April 3 at 7 pm. This event, which is open to the public, features some really crazy improv done by kids from all over the county. I’m in charge of hosting this event.
Hosting it is rather easy, but I want to do something a little fun with the stage. I want to sprinkle it with random props like water wall fountains, an Egyptian pillar, our funny little “hooker couch,” a lamp post and whatever other random thing I can find. I’d love to be able to make the water wall fountain work: you know, have real water running during the show. But how could I do that? Anyone have any ideas?
If I can make it work, then I’ll also use one in the set for our upcoming comedy, Rumors, by Neil Simon, which runs May 14, 15 & 16. It’s set in a mansion, and I think that would be a cool set feature. But first I have to figure out how to make it work onstage! Last time I needed a well pump to pump real water, we just used a sort of siphon set-up. But fountains would have to run continuously, so that really wouldn’t work this time.
